In Home Healthcare RN - Day Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home healthcare setting for preteen patients with high acuity needs. The role involves delivering and coordinating quality patient care in accordance with physician orders, developing and updating care plans, and monitoring patient conditions for changes requiring intervention.

Responsibilities

• Documenting assessments and nursing actions
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ensuring positive clinical outcomes
• Adhering to safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB testing within the last 12 months
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, travel, and perform in diverse environments

Preferred skills

• Six months of clinical experience
• Home health experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and infection control
• Professionalism and confidentiality
