About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Provide care coordination, health education, and discharge planning
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Valid health certificate
- BLS certification
- Current PPD or chest X-ray
Qualifications
- At least one year of RN experience
