About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data; document nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: At least one year of professional nursing experience.
