About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing home healthcare services to Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions
- Coordinate care including education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- Preferred one year of RN experience
