Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Shifts

About the role

The Moments of Lakeville is a home to both memory care and enhanced assisted living facilities. We are currently seeking evening and weekend positions for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health and safety of all residents.
• Lead and direct your care team and perform necessary care tasks for each resident.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and Moments staff to create a personalized care plan that enhances the quality of life for the resident.
• Show innate passion for serving seniors and those living with dementia.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, physicians, vendors, and RN supervisors.
• Prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Commit to a compassionate care philosophy and a whole-person approach.
• Show excellent judgment, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, particularly Point Click Care.
• Support the orientation and education requirements of new staff members.
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop person-directed care and sensory/cognitive programming.

Requirements

• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as an LPN or RN and maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
• Must pass a criminal background check from the Department of Human Services and not be on the OIG exclusions list.
• Must be screened for tuberculosis.

• Must have the ability to work with a team to develop person-directed care and sensory/cognitive programming.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to a compassionate care philosophy and a whole-person approach.
