Registered Nurse - Evening and Night Shifts

About the Role

This position provides clinical leadership and staff support within house operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert and guide for nursing staff
• Improve patient care protocols and implement evidence-based practices
• Conduct training sessions and mentor nurses
• Participate in quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Advocate for high-quality patient care and address patient concerns
• Maintain records and generate reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with preference for medical/surgical or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification

Schedule

Part-time role (36 hours per week), primarily evenings with rotating weekends and holidays.
