Role Overview

The RN House Operations Administrator is a registered nurse responsible for providing clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient care protocols, conducting staff education and training, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The administrator ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, supports regulatory audits, and advocates for high-quality patient care. They also address patient and family concerns, stay updated on nursing advancements, and maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license and BLS/ACLS certification
