RN Homecare - Night Shifts

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for adult patients. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs, administering medications and treatments, responding to changes in patient conditions, and coordinating care with healthcare teams. Qualifications required are a current RN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN experience. Key skills include strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and ability to respond to patient needs promptly.
