RN Homecare - Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients, primarily during night shifts in the Palmer/Wasilla area. Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and revising care plans as needed, administering medications and treatments, and responding to changes in patient conditions by reporting to physicians or supervisors. The role involves care coordination, health education, and discharge planning. Qualifications include a current RN license in the practicing state, a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN experience. Skills required are strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills.
