RN Homecare - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients, primarily during night shifts in the Palmer/Wasilla area.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and revise care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to changes in patient conditions by reporting to physicians or supervisors
• Provide care coordination, health education, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of RN experience
