Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Educate patients confidently
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience preferred
Skills
- Strong communication
- Clinical skills
- Ability to work independently
Key Duties
- Provide direct patient care in a low-interruption environment
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate with care teams and educate patients and families
