About the role

Join a compassionate home healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN), providing skilled nursing care to adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and document skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
  • Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop, update, and coordinate nursing care plans while maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current CPR certification; willingness to obtain if needed.
  • Experience in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and repositioning patients.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
