About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and provide skilled nursing care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering and documenting patient care according to care plans and physician orders.
- Monitoring and assessing patient condition, reporting changes promptly.
- Developing, implementing, and updating nursing care plans.
- Providing patient and family education on disease management, self-care, and prevention.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum six months of recent clinical nursing experience, home health preferred.
- Experience with pediatric, oncology, cardiac monitoring, or ambulatory care is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform mobility tasks, and respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to work in various environments with exposure to bodily fluids and infectious materials.
- Commitment to ongoing education and adherence to safety and health standards.
