In-Home Health Care RN (Night Shifts)

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Include Providing care for adult patients with conditions such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration (training available).Working collaboratively to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and delivering care from a place of empathy and compassion.Utilizing electronic documentation via patient home tablets.Supporting patients in their home environment, adhering to safety and care standards. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB skin test within last 12 months.Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.Reliable transportation.
