In Home Healthcare RN- Afternoon/Evening Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled homecare for adult patients in San Antonio, primarily focusing on feeding tube and medication administration (training available).

Responsibilities

• Delivering and documenting quality nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Assessing patient conditions continuously and reporting changes promptly.
• Developing, updating, and implementing nursing care plans.
• Recognizing patient needs and responding to reduce risks.
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Ensuring compliance with health standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
• Preferred six months of clinical nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and effective communication skills.
