In-Home Healthcare RN - Adult Patients (Night Shifts)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, ensuring quality patient outcomes. The role involves delivering and documenting care according to physician orders, assessing patient conditions, updating care plans, and responding to changes proactively. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, following infection control standards, and maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. The RN will utilize clinical assessments, perform timely documentation, and collaborate with team members to coordinate care across diverse environments. Qualifications include an active, unencumbered RN license, current CPR certification, TB testing within the last 12 months, and reliable transportation.
