About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting, primarily on weekends. The role involves delivering patient care according to physician plans, assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and implementing care interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. The nurse will educate patients and families, maintain compliance with regulations, and ensure infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferably six months of clinical experience, with specific requirements per state
