About the role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a part-time, day‑shift position.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care under RN supervision for pediatric patients with feeding tubes and medication needs.
- Assessing patient condition, documenting activities, and updating care plans.
- Implementing and adjusting nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and families on disease management, self‑care, and prevention.
- Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification and recent TB test.
- Preferred: Six months of clinical nursing experience, especially in pediatrics or home health.
- Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reposition patients.
