Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Role & Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assessments, documentation, and care planning. Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and implement interventions to ensure safety and well-being. Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies. Adhere to infection control standards and comply with all regulations, policies, and the Nurse Practice Act. Utilize electronic documentation and participate in ongoing training for skill development. Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.Reliable transportation and the ability to travel.Attention to detail, strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Physical & Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reposition patients, and perform prolonged walking, standing, and bending. Capable of functioning in diverse environments with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and allergens. Must respond effectively to emergency situations and have visual and auditory acuity.
