About the role

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care for individuals, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available).
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare services.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB test within last 12 months.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and compliance with state-specific requirements.
