About the role

Responsibilities

This role involves delivering direct patient care, documenting electronically with tablets, and collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff.

• Performing patient assessments and routine care
• Maintaining accurate electronic documentation
• Supporting patient health and safety
• Participating in skill development and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training assistance available)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
