Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable)Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available)TB skin test within the last 12 monthsReliable transportationPreferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience Key Duties: Deliver quality patient care, document electronically, and support patients' health needs with empathy and professionalism.
