In-Home Healthcare LVN - Night Shift

Qualifications: Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current CPR certification, TB test within last 12 months, reliable transportation, and preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience. Key Duties: Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care electronically, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
