In-Home Healthcare LVN - Part Time Night Shifts

Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing and documenting skilled nursing care in compliance with care plans and physician orders.Monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.Updating nursing care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring infection control measures.Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory and organizational policies. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.Current CPR certification and TB skin test within the last 12 months.Preferred six months of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and repositioning patients.
