In-Home Healthcare LVN - Part Time Night Shifts

We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting, primarily for pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.Monitoring patient conditions, recognizing changes, and reporting to supervisors or physicians.Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention.Ensuring adherence to infection control standards and maintaining accurate documentation.Participating in ongoing education to maintain nursing competencies. Qualifications And Skills Required Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.At least six months of clinical nursing experience preferred.Reliable transportation, attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reposition patients, and perform mobility tasks.
