Position: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a home setting, including feeding tube management, T/V, and medication administration (training available).
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality, consistent care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB test within last 12 months.
- Preferably six months of hands-on nursing experience, though not required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
