About the role
Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
- Managing complex acuity cases involving feeding tubes, trachs, vents, and medication administration, with training available.
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic patient care.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting family education.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
