In Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Night Shift (High Acuity)

About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, trachs, vents, and medication administration (training available).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through personalized care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Delivering patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhering to safety and documentation standards.
• Collaborating with a support team that offers 24/7 assistance.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience, but not required.
