In Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Night Shift (High Acuity)

Location: Laredo, TX

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients, including feeding tube, trach, vent, and medication administration (training available)
• Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs
• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care within a home setting
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements
• Support patient comfort and safety through skilled interventions
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands‑on nursing experience
