Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care to pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, trachs, vents, and medication administration (training available).
- Ensure outstanding patient outcomes through compassionate, personalized care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred six months of hands‑on nursing experience
Skills
- Provide pediatric home healthcare in patients' homes
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient home
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Follow state‑specific requirements and maintain licensure
