In-Home Healthcare LVN - High Acuity - Day & Night Shifts

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing skilled nursing care for infants with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration.Delivering patient-centered care in home settings, ensuring clinical outcomes and safety.Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.Participating in ongoing training and skill development.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and providing compassionate support to patients and families. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available if needed).TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
