We are seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare in Big Spring, TX. Key Responsibilities Include Providing care for infants with conditions such as feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilators, and medication administration (training available).Ensuring clinical outcomes through patient assessment, medication management, and support.Documenting care electronically using provided tablets.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification (training available if needed).TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience.
