Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification and TB testing.
• Reliable transportation; prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and repositioning patients.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
