Home Health LVN - Full-Time

Job Description Affinity Healthcare is hiring for a Full-time Home Health LVN to join our family of employees. The ideal candidate will have: at least 2 years of Home Health / Hospice care experience, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively and efficiently document care and communication, and most importantly the desire to provide compassionate care to our patient population.
