About the role
This position involves providing in-home health evaluations as part of a national healthcare network. The clinician will conduct personalized assessments, including medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests, using an iPad and clinical workflow tools.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes
- Conduct approximately 45-minute visits, either in-person or virtual
- Review medications, medical history, and perform physical exams
- Administer diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams as ordered
- Foster connections to appropriate care based on individual needs
- Travel locally and within licensed states as required
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license (NP or PA) in relevant areas
- Board certification (required)
- Preferred multi-state licensing
- Ability to cover primary locations in Spokane and surrounding areas
