Implant Direct - Regional Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

As a valuable member of a collaborative and engaged dental implant regional sales team, the successful candidate will perform all field sales functions in their designated territory, including the development and maintenance of long-term professional relationships with potential and current clients, soliciting and securing orders for their business use. In partnership with a team of Inside Sales and Customer Support representatives, the candidate will communicate product information and features that will enhance client knowledge and confidence. The candidate will forecast future sales and prepare periodic reports as required, recording activity and opportunity in the CRM system.

Essential Job Duties

• Solidify customer relationships as a trusted, consultative business advisor and partner.
• Probe and identify customer’s business initiatives and needs, develop account plans to support growth, provide implementation support to increase product utilization.
• Build and maintain an active sales funnel.
• Possess strong computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus.
• Manage territory like a business.
• Prepare and execute territory business plan to ensure sustainable growth to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goal achievement.
• Participate in tradeshows, educational offerings and other customer training and showcase events.
• Record sales activity and client information in CRM.
• Provide periodic and timely activity reports, including expenses, assessments, account gains/losses, competitor activity, etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of successful sales experience in lieu of education
• 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Must reside within the designated geography or surrounding area
• Able to travel up to 50% and have a valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Skills

• Medical, Healthcare or dental sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products
• Demonstrated professional sales skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus

• San Francisco: San Francisco and Daly City
• South Bay/Silicon Valley: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and Cupertino
• East Bay: Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Hayward, Concord, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton and Livermore
• Peninsula: San Mateo, Redwood City, South San Francisco and Burlingame

Compensation

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. Range: $73,600 - $90,000
