About the Role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is a fast-growing company in the dental implant industry, set to double the number of locations in the next year. As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) in Austin, TX, you will help remove barriers for potential patients, enabling them to move forward with life-changing treatment. The global dental implants market is valued at $4.15 billion and is projected to grow to $6.95 billion by 2030.

Pay

Top performers earn $100k–$250k per year, with a base salary of $50k and premium commission structure. Top reps make $16,000–$20,000 per month in commission, with no cap on earnings.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential for extra hours to secure sales (no cap on commissions).

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and addressing concerns
• Collect payments
• Maintain an organized CRM and manage queues
• Follow and suggest improvements to current processes
• Attend weekly training meetings
• Meet with 4–7 warm leads daily to discuss full-arch dental implants
• Connect and follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations
• Present patient information to doctors for diagnosis
• Assist patients in removing barriers to treatment and applying for financing
• Administer a successful handoff to the administrative team for scheduling

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs
• CRM systems experience preferred
• B2C sales experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong sense of empathy and ability to connect with people on a personal level
