About the role

As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) in Marietta, GA, you will remove barriers for potential patients, helping them move forward with life-changing dental implant treatment. Top performers earn $16,000–$20,000/month in commission, with a base salary of $50k and no cap on earnings.

You’ll receive 4–7 warm leads daily, premium commission structure, and elite sales training in a fast-growing company with over 7,000 5-star Google reviews and an A+ BBB rating.

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and addressing concerns.
• Collect payments and maintain an organized CRM.
• Manage patient queues and follow up aggressively to secure sales.
• Suggest improvements to current processes.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Present patient information to doctors for diagnosis.
• Assist patients with financing and treatment barriers.
• Facilitate a smooth handoff to the administrative team for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
• CRM systems experience preferred.
• B2C sales experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and computer skills.
• Strong sense of empathy and ability to connect with people.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential for extra hours to secure sales (no cap on commissions).
