ICU RN (Part-Time, Night Shift)
About the role
This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a focus on acute cardiac and critical care patients. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards, promoting patient and family-centered care and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Nurses will educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential for developing and communicating individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. The role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing
- RN licensure required
