ICU RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)
About the role
Seeking experienced hospital-based bedside RNs to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality compliance. RNs develop and document individualized care plans, communicate effectively across teams, and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. The unit manages patients with respiratory distress, intubated patients, post-MI, and acute cardiac cases, providing a high-quality, supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1‑2 years of hospital Med/Surg experience
- Current RN license required
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Schedule
