ICU RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. It offers an excellent opportunity for nurses with 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience interested in developing critical care skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, home care, and medications.
• Participating in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing and RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience.
