ICU RN - Full Time Nights

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Ideal for nurses with 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience interested in critical care. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting patient and family-centered care, and educating families on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and communicate individual care plans. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. Maintains safety awareness, as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Active RN license.No prior experience required; 2 years of experience preferred.
