About the role

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN licensure required.
• No prior experience required; Bachelor's degree and two years of experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills essential.
