ICU RN - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.
• Maintains a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred for higher qualifications.
