ICU RN - Full Time - Nights

Seeking experienced hospital-based bedside RNs for a 6-bed Critical Care Unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating in accordance with nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on post-treatment needs, and ensure safety and quality compliance. Develop and communicate individualized care plans, assess physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs, and support patient involvement. Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, preferred Bachelor's degree, <2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required.
