ICU ( Registered Nurse )

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients on site.
• Monitor patient vitals, assess changes, and escalate to physicians promptly.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed with accuracy.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document patient status and interventions clearly in medical records.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Meet department KPIs and contribute to pipeline-based target tracking.
• Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance patient flow.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue advancement goals.
• Utilize clinical documentation systems to record patient data efficiently.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with ICU specialization and current license.
• Minimum 2–4 years ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Proficient in invasive monitoring and critical care interventions.
• Accurate medication administration and documentation in EHR/CDC systems.
• Strong infection control knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to rapidly escalate changes to physicians and participate in rounds.
• KPI-driven performance mindset with ability to contribute to pipeline targets.
• Proven record of accurate charting and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
• Adaptability to a growth-oriented, merit-based environment.
