Qualifications And Skills Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Alabama Board of Nursing.Valid BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire; ACLS certification within 180 days.Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an appropriate diploma. Key Duties Provide evidence-based nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate effectively with the care team.Coordinate patient care activities and discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.
