Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit Responsibilities Provide advanced, patient-centered care to complex post-surgical and critically ill cardiothoracic patients.Assess, monitor, and manage ventilators, infusions, and invasive lines.Interpret hemodynamic and cardiac data to inform clinical decisions.Collaborate with physicians and specialists in a team-focused, academic environment.Support families and contribute to evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse licensure.Experience or knowledge in critical care, especially cardiothoracic patient management.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
