ICU Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Nights

About the Role

We are seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and provide direct and indirect patient care in a full-time role. This position focuses on delivering high-quality healthcare in a comfortable environment through compassion, empathy, teamwork, quality, ethics, respect, service excellence, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Oversee staff disciplinary actions, hiring, and termination processes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and team members.
• Form and evaluate teaching plans for patients and staff.
• Assess and manage patient pain.
• Revise care plans based on patient responses.

Requirements

• Current NV RN licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Preferred specialty certification in a relevant area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or enrollment in an accredited program within one year of hire.
