About the role
We are seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical and managerial leadership in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct and indirect patient care
- Supervising staff
- Participating in hiring and disciplinary actions
- Communicating with physicians and team members about patient conditions
Qualifications
- Current NV RN licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Appropriate certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree in nursing or be enrolled in an accredited program within one year, along with specialty certification.
