About the role
This ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) role involves providing both clinical care and managerial responsibilities in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect patient care within the ICU unit
- Participating in hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff management
- Communicating with physicians and team members about patient condition updates
- Assessing and managing patient pain
- Revising care plans based on patient response
Qualifications
- Current Nevada RN licensure
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- Appropriate certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or enrollment in an accredited program
